my job rocks.

im a nanny for a precious little girl named skye. we have so much fun together. here's why.

• she says funny things like "bong" and then laughs alot.
• i blow raspberries on her belly and the bottoms and her feet and she laughs alot.
• she calls me "haha" which is great because i guess im pretty funny.
• she used to cry when i got there in the morning... but now she smiles when i get there and gets kind of sad when i leave.
• her mom and dad are awesome! tom is friends with phish, is a mountain man, and says things like "whats crackin" and "lets put on some tunes" and indirectly refers to smoking pot... and lauren is really chill and makes jewelry.
• we go to the park all the time and put our feet in the water.
• we sit in front of the mirror sometimes for 20 minutes and make faces at ourselves and each other. its great!
• i get paid $9 an hour (tax free) to play and nap and eat for free and basically do nothing.
• sometimes i do the dishes and they give me extra money. (unnecesary but always welcome)
• sometimes we read the same book like 4 times in a row and skye never gets sick of it. sometimes i feel like i cant take it... but then i remember that my job rocks.
• the other day, skye said my name for the first time!
