places I want to tour.

by tour I mean walk, cycle, bus, hitch hike, train, or drive from city to city seeing everything in between. If the place is very general, such as 'south america' it means I want to see all of south america. what I don't want to do is fly in stay in a hotel and fly out. list goes from most wanted to least
